Age Requirements 

*Members must be 18 years or older to join and engage in the Pikes Peak Myco-League community.

*Discussions or activities involving the use, gifting, or cultivation of natural psychedelic medicine require participants to be 21 years or older, in strict accordance with Colorado state laws.

Respectful Communication 

*We are a safe space for all members. Hate speech, harassment, threats, or any form of abusive or disrespectful communication will not be tolerated.

*Healthy debate is encouraged but must remain constructive and respectful.

Purpose and Legal Compliance

*This community is strictly for research, educational purposes, and microscopy discussions related to mycology and psychedelic exploration.

*We support and promote the healing power of psychedelic-assisted therapies, but all discussions are grounded in legal, research-focused, and educational contexts.

What We Do Not Condone or Allow:

*Illegal activities, including but not limited to sourcing, distribution, or illicit drug use.

*Promotion of activities or behaviors that violate local, state, or federal laws.

*All members are encouraged to thoroughly understand and comply with Colorado Proposition #122 and any other applicable legislation.

We speak freely here so long as our speech doesn't cause harm or cause distress to others. We steer clear of politics and that's not because we don't allow it or value free speech because we do. But because it's not our focus here. So really you can post any comments, questions or seek advice and support from any channel you like. We just ask that you keep all posts within the topic of the channel whenever possible.

If you need psychedelic medicine don't buy it from anyone on the streets. Just ask your fam here when you're in need and several of us will always help you! We have a powerful and brilliant minded community and our organization here is at the forefront of the mycology movement in Colorado. We are not just friends and family here we are leaders in the community and we do what we can to support the mycology-homies in the league and our community with access to safe and legal psychedelic medicine and support systems for the betterment of our culture and community.

If you need psychedelic medicine you may ask for some in the "Gifting channel"

In Colorado individuals  of legal age (21) may legally possess consume, cultivate, and gift natural psychedelic medicines such as mushrooms, DMT, mescaline, and a couple of others.

The most important thing about that concept is gifting. This is a term that we use to stay in legal compliance, and to ensure that no one in our community is targeted by law-enforcement or impacted negatively from providing medicine to another. Without a license, you cannot legally sell psychedelic medicine, but you may give it to someone for free or you may offer or someone may ask for a donation of monetary compensation to another person in exchange for mushrooms or psychedelic medicine but never ask to purchase medicine for example, if you need psychedelic medicine, go to the gifting channel and post a statement that says " can anyone gift me some psychedelic medicine? " do not say "can someone sell me some mushrooms or psychedelic medicine or can I buy mushrooms or psychedelic medicine." This is a big no-no as this opens up the transaction to potential legal consequences. Therefore, we do not allow for such posts. You may receive a small or large amount of mushrooms from anyone in our server provided that the transaction is mutually agreed-upon and if it's a large amount or if compensation for the gift is required by the grower or offered by the purchaser, we only ask that you stress the fact that each monetary donation you give in return or exchange for psychedelic gifts is legal and compliant in our state and our server because the amount of monetary donation is not for the gift itself. The gift is a gift the donation of funds is to help compensate or reciprocate the costs effort, and time associated with cultivating or producing.
